Follow the 12-Step Program and work with a sponsor/spiritual advisor

Attend at least three 12 step meetings a week and 1 mandatory house meeting.
Work a lawful job, volunteer, or attend school
Pay either $150 or $170 per week depending on bed space as well as $75.00 administrative fee and $25 cleaning deposit upon entry.
*Weekly fees are for bed space only
General Agreement
Agree and understand that a condition for residing at The Cottages is to be gainfully employed, actively seeking work, in treatment, attending school, or other activities to enhance my future.
Agree to complete abstinence from drugs and alcohol of any kind. All prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs must be approved.
Agree to work a Twelve Step program and obtain a Sponsor, which is suggested for sobriety. Sponsor to be obtained within first 30 days.
Agree to attend all house meetings and a minimum of three (3) Twelve Step meetings weekly, unless on SSI. If on SSI, then I agree to attend one Twelve Step meeting each day of the week.
Agree to a 10pm curfew on Sunday thru Thursday and 12am curfew on Friday and Saturday.
Agree to drug/alcohol testing and or room search at any time. Failure to comply could result in immediate discharge.
Agree to not use house address for anyone currently incarcerated without approval.
Agree to rise at a reasonable time based upon work/school schedule, be dressed, make bed, clean immediate area, and to have house chores completed as scheduled.
Agree not to enter another guest's room/area without permission. No contact with ex-guests that have been discharged due to relapse infraction.
Agree to no romantic or sexual relationship with another guest of The Cottages and understand that to do so could result in immediate discharge. Sexually explicit magazines and clothing are unacceptable.
Agree to not have any association with any known drug or alcohol offender(s), nor frequent places where drugs are sold, used or are accessible.
Agree to no threats, physical violence, possession of weapons, stealing or vandalism of house/resident property, and will not use vulgarity on the premises.
Agree to be respectful of others upon entering The Cottages after 10 p.m., as well as other times of the day.
Agree that if I leave The Cottages for more than 24 hours without approval, I am subject to discharge, and my personal belongings will be held for only 30 days then donated to charity.
Agree to drive only with a valid driver's license, current registration, minimum auto insurance required by California law. Park in assigned space. No parking directly in front of neighbors houses where thier guests may want to park. No parking in the driveway at the HB house or if your car leaks. Street sweeping is the 2nd and 4th Wed. @ the HB location and the 1st and 3rd Wed. @ the FV location. A street sweeping ticket is about $38.00.
Agree to comply with visitation policy. No honking for ride pick-ups.
Agree to not alter, fix, or hang items on House property. There will be a $5 repair ree for each item hung on the wall or other locations of The Cottages.
Agree to be responsible for own personal property; maintain immediate area with a limited amount of personal items, pictures and knicknacks.
Agree to make an effort to be copatible with other guests. If behavior becomes unacceptable, it could result in immediate discharge from The Cottages.
Agree to not feed the dogs anything other than dog food, as they have health issues.
